钢化玻璃自爆缺陷诊断研究综述

摘要 目前钢化玻璃在很多领域有广泛应用,但其自爆问题一直困扰着行业的发展。现有自爆缺陷诊断方法无法完全解决钢化玻璃日益增长的使用需求与安全性之间的矛盾。对钢化玻璃自爆缺陷诊断研究进行综述,首先从自爆缺陷本身出发,介绍了钢化玻璃自爆缺陷发生机制的研究情况;然后从实际运用场景出发,介绍了钢化玻璃自爆缺陷诊断识别技术的研究情况;最后基于机器学习技术及计算机视觉技术的蓬勃发展,对钢化玻璃自爆缺陷诊断识别技术的发展趋势进行了展望。旨在全面介绍钢化玻璃自爆缺陷发生机制及行业发展现状,为钢化玻璃自爆课题研究提供一定参考意义。 At present,tempered glass is widely used in many fields,but its self-explosion problem has been troubling the development of the industry.The existing self-explosion defect diagnosis method can not completely solve the contradiction between the increasing use demand and the safety of tempered glass.This paper reviewed the self-explosion defect diagnosis of tempered glass.Firstly,starting from the self-explosion defect,the research status of self-explosion defect occurrence mechanism of tempered glass is introduced.Then,based on the actual application scenario,the research status of tempered glass self-explosion defect diagnosis and identification technology is introduced.Finally,based on the vigorous development of machine learning technology and computer vision technology,the development trend of self-explosion defect diagnosis and identification technology of tempered glass is prospected.The purpose is to comprehensively introduce the mechanism of self-explosion defect in tempered glass and the development status of the industry,and to provide certain reference significance for solving the problem of tempered glass self-explosion.
