摘要
针对某款SUV加速过程中产生的方向盘抖动问题,通过主观评价找出方向盘抖动最明显工况,对比分析相关抖动图及切片,初步判断此问题为传动轴激励所致。使用3D点云扫描整备状态传动轴夹角,发现传动轴夹角严重超出传动轴设计状态。将双离合变速箱(DCT)的自动编程工具(APT)大角度节型传动轴安装在问题车辆中,传动轴满足夹角要求,解决了加速过程中方向盘抖动问题,但涉及后期巨大的变更成本。因此,在不改变减振器弹簧刚度和长度的条件下,可通过更改减振器弹簧螺距,改变轮心位置,最终改变传动轴夹角,在没有增加成本的情况下,方向盘抖动问题得到显著改善,该方案成为最终解决此问题的工程化方案。
Aiming at the problem of steering wheel vibration in the acceleration process of a SUV,the most obvious condition of steering wheel vibration was found through subjective evaluation,and the relevant vibration color map and section were compared and analyzed.The problem was initially determined to be caused by the drive shaft excitation.Using 3D point cloud to scan the transmission shaft angle in the ready state,it was found that it was seriously beyond the design state of the transmission shaft.Install the automatic programming tool(APT)of the dual clutch transmission(DCT)with a large angle pitch drive shaft in the problematic vehicle,solving the problem of steering wheel vibration during acceleration,but it involved huge change costs in the later stage.Therefore,under the condition of not changing the stiffness and length of the shock absorber spring,by changing the pitch of the shock absorber spring,changing the position of the wheel center,and finally changing the transmission shaft angle,the steering wheel vibration problem can be significantly improved without increasing the cost,and the engineering plan to solve this problem is finally proposed.
