摘要
架空或建筑吊顶敷设电缆的分支或接续一般可采用穿刺线夹或电缆分支箱,地下或水下电缆分支或接续在电缆的电气技术上难以保持电气连续性、电阻率、绝缘、防水等,难以达到恢复电缆出厂参数的施工标准。本文通过研究电缆接头绝缘防水材料,按强弱电线缆分类阐述地下(水下)电缆接头防水密封做法,经过电缆绝缘电阻测试、耐压实验和电气泄漏实验,达到持久防水密封的效果。
The branching or connection of cables laid on overhead or building ceilings can generally be done using piercing wire clamps or cable branching boxes.Branching or connecting underground or underwater cables is technically difficult to maintain electrical continuity,resistivity,insulation,waterproofing,etc.,and it is even more difficult to achieve construction standards for restoring cable factory parameters.This article studies the insulation and waterproofing materials for cable joints,provide a waterproof sealing method for ground(water)cable joints according to the classification of strong and weak electrical cables.Through cable insulation resistance testing,voltage resistance testing,and electrical leakage testing,the effect of long-lasting waterproofing and sealing is achieved.
