影视剧作品的翻译、配音、制作是少数民族语文翻译事业主要部分,也是文化润疆工程的重要组成部分,对铸牢中华民族共同体意识有着极其重要的意义。影视剧作品是广大人民群众喜闻乐见的艺术表现形式,有着受众多、传播力广、影响力大等特点。本文作者通过自己多年从事影视剧作品翻译实践,对国家通用语言文字翻译哈萨克语影视剧作品的翻译原则、译前译中译后工作重点、翻译策略与技巧等方面谈谈自己的认识和经验。

The translation,dubbing,and production of film and television programs is a significant part of the minority language translation industry and an important component of the cultural enrichment project for Xinjiang,contributing significantly to forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation.The film and television programs are popular arts among the masses,characterized by its large audience,wide reach,and substantial impact.In this article,the author,based on his years of practical experience in translating film and television programs,shares his understanding and experience in translating national standard language scripts into Kazakh for film and television programs,the key points before,during,and after translation,and the strategies and techniques of the translation.
