摘要
新文科建设强调多学科交叉与深度融合,以“跨学科”的视野与思维回应了新时代的人才培养需求,不断推动教育的传统模式优化升级。在“新文科”“全球化”与“数字化”的发展背景下,高校既要重视传统社会工作人才培养的现实需求,又要关注全球视野下社会工作教育的发展需求,并回应数字科技与人工智能带来的挑战与契机。高校应该通过创建跨学科教学科研团队、建设跨学科课程集群、创新发展数字化课程体系、完善跨学科教学实践、研发智能化教学研究平台以及构建国际视野下的研学共同体等措施,着力形成跨学科的复合型教学体系,以应对社会工作人才培养的需求与挑战。
The construction of new liberal arts emphasizes interdisciplinary integration and deep fusion,responding to the talent cultivation needs of the new era with a“cross-disciplinary”perspective and thinking.It continuously promotes the optimization and upgrading of traditional educational models in the context of“new liberal arts”,“globalization”and“digitalization”.Universities need to pay attention not only to the practical demands for cultivating traditional social work talents but also to the development needs of social work education from a global perspective,while addressing challenges and opportunities brought by digital technology and artificial intelligence.Measures such as establishing interdisciplinary teaching research teams,constructing clusters of interdisciplinary courses,innovating digital course systems,improving interdisciplinary teaching practices,developing intelligent teaching research platforms,as well as building international learning communities should be taken by universities.These efforts aim at forming a comprehensive interdisciplinary teaching system that can meet both demands and challenges in talent cultivation for social work.
