有害化学物质PFAS法规及标准在食品接触材料中的应用探析

摘要 由于全氟烷基和多氟烷基物质(PFAS)在环境中的难降解性和潜在的人体毒性,近年来社会和科学界对这类化合物的关注显著增加。有研究发现,食品接触材料中的PFAS具有迁移污染食品的可能性,会对人类健康造成威胁。介绍食品接触材料中PFAS的相关法规和我国发布的食品接触材料中PFAS的检测标准,分析丹麦、美国和中国等国家和地区的食品接触材料中PFAS含量的调研情况,为食品接触材料相关的生产企业、科研技术服务机构等提供更多的信息和参考,加深相关人员对国内外相关法规标准的认识与理解,提升我国食品接触材料中有害化学物质的合规应对水平。 Due to the difficult degradation of perfluoroalkyl and perfluoroalkyl substances(PFAS)in the environment and potential human toxicity,the research of the social and scientific community in these compounds has increased significantly in recent years.Some studies have found that PFAS in food contact materials has the possibility of migrating and polluting food,which will pose a threat to human health.This paper introduced the relevant legislations of PFAS in food contact materials and the detection standards of PFAS in food contact materials issued by China.The investigation of PFAS content in food contact materials in the Denmark,United States and China was briefly described.It can provide more information and reference for food contact material manufacturers and scientific research and technical service institutions,deepen the understanding of relevant legislations and standards at home and abroad by relevant personnel,in order to improve the compliance response level of hazardous chemicals in food contact materials in China.
