摘要
介绍了矿热炉、高炉、调质炉、精炼炉等利用高炉锰渣、除尘灰冷压球团等一步法制取微碳锰硅合金,继而采用全热装工艺制取微、低碳锰铁的生产实践。即在高炉/精炼炉正常生产高碳锰铁/精炼锰铁的基础上,增加一步法微碳锰硅合金生产环节,并与调质高炉渣分屉摇包生产出非标准锰硅合金(C<0.2%),最终采用精炼炉热装工艺生产微、低碳锰铁(Mn略低)。通过“四炉”的容量匹配、选择合适的渣型、适合的出渣温度及出铁时间,控制硅、碳含量等技术措施,充分发挥了低碳及硅的利用率,从而形成企业独具特色的新质生产力。
This paper introduces the furnace,blast furnace,quenching and tempering furnace,refining furnace using blast furnace manganese slag or dust cold pressed pellets step take micro carbon ferromanganese-silicon and then full hot charging micro and lowcarbon ferromanganese production practice,namely on the basis of normal production of high carbon ferromanganese or refined ferromanganese in blast furnace or refining furnace,increasing a one-step production process for micro carbon ferromanganese-silicon,and with quenched and tempered blast furnace slag drawer shaking production ferromanganese-silicon(C<0.2%),eventually refining furnace hot charging production of micro and low carbon ferromanganese(Mn slightly lower).Through the“four furnace”capacity matching,and choosing the appropriate slag type and slag tapping temperature,iron tapping time,controlling the silicon and carbon content,and other technical measures,the utilization rate of silicon has been fully improved,thus forming a unique new quality productivity.
