锰硅合金矿热炉烟气绿色节能改造

摘要 本次改造计划是将原有的半封闭矿热炉改造成全封闭矿热炉,烟气经过干法除尘、降温、除焦后,储存在新建的煤气柜中,再由加压风机升压、精密过滤器过滤,输送至内燃发电机组燃烧发电。同时,新建尾气脱硝系统一套、脱硫系统一套,确保排放达标。经过改造,矿热炉烟气中的一氧化碳得到100%的利用,内燃发电机组稳定发电,为企业降低能耗17.2%左右,提高经济效益的同时减排二氧化碳。 This renovation plan transforms the original semi-enclosed submerged arc furnace into a fully enclosed submerged arc furnace.The flue gas is stored in the newly built gas cabinet after dry dust removal,cooling and decoking,and then pressurized by a booster fan and filtered by a precision filter,and transported to the internal combustion ge-nerator set for combustion and power generation.At the same time,a new tail gas denitrification system and a desulfurization system are built to ensure that the emissions meet the standards.After renovation,100%of the carbon mono-xide in the flue gas of the submerged heat furnace is used,and the internal combustion generator set generates electricity stably,reducing energy consumption by about 17.2%for the enterprise,improving economic efficiency while reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
