二斑叶螨(Tetranychusurticae Koch)是世界范围内广泛分布的多食性害螨,主要影响温带和亚热带地区的农业生产。综述了二斑叶螨的生物学特性及其对农业的主要危害,包括植物生长抑制、产量与质量降低及病毒病菌传播。回顾了化学防治方法的发展历史,从有机氯类、有机磷类杀虫剂的发展到现代高效低毒农药的应用。重点讨论了二斑叶螨抗药性的生理及分子机制、抗药性监测方法,以及抗药性管理策略。展望了未来的研究方向,特别是新型农药的研发及分子生物学技术在防治中的应用前景,如基因编辑和RNA干扰技术。研究表明,二斑叶螨的综合防治需要多学科的协同合作,以确保农业可持续发展和环境保护。
TetranychusurticaeKoch,a polyphagous mite widely distributed around the world,mainly impacts agricultural production in temperate and subtropical regions.This study reviews the biological characteristics of T.urticae and its major agricultural impacts,including plant growth inhibition,yield and quality reduction,and virus transmission.The paper examines the historical development of chemical control methods,from organochlorine and organophosphorus insecticides to the application of modern high-efficiency and low-toxicity pesticides.Key discussions cover the physiological and molecular mechanisms of T.urticae resistance,resistance monitoring methods,and resistance management strategies.The prospects for future research are also explored,particularly the development of new pesticides and the use of molecular biology techniques in control,such as gene editing and RNA interference(RNAi)technology.Findings indicate that effective integrated control of T.urticae requires multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure sustainable agricultural development and environmental protection.
