摘要
原油加氢处理消耗了大量的催化剂,这些废旧加氢催化剂中含有大量的钼资源,若直接丢弃,将造成资源浪费和环境污染,因此,从废旧加氢催化剂中回收钼具有重要的意义。综述了从废旧加氢催化剂中回收钼的工艺技术进展,主要讨论了火法、湿法、火湿结合法及其他工艺,并对比了各工艺的优缺点,为后续研究提供思路。
The crude oil hydrogenation treatment process consumes a large number of catalysts,and these waste hydrogenation catalysts contain a large amount of molybdenum resources.If directly discarded,it will cause resource waste and environmental pollution.Therefore,it is of great significance to recycle molybdenum from the waste hydrogenation catalyst.This paper summarizes the technological progress of molybdenum recovery by waste hydrogenation catalyst,mainly discusses the fire method,wet method,fire and wet combination method and other processes,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each process,to provide ideas for subsequent research.
