摘要
从高压制氢技术原理出发,针对高压、高酸性的苛刻环境,综述了压力对电解效率、氢气渗透、组件降解的影响以及缓解方法等,并讨论分析了高压PEM制氢技术与制-储-运氢体系成本的关系,最后对高压PEM电解制氢技术的未来方向进行了展望。
Proton Exchange Membrane(PEM)water electrolysis to hydrogen technology is one of the key technologies to achieve electricity-hydrogen conversion.Based on the principle of high-pressure hydrogen production technology,the influences of pressure on electrolytic efficiency,hydrogen penetration,and components degradation,as well as corresponding solutions are reviewed in the light of a harsh environment with high pressure and high acidity.The relationship between high-pressure PEM water electrolysis to hydrogen technology and the cost of hydrogen productionstorage-transport system is explored and analyzed.The development directs for high-pressure PEM water electrolysis to hydrogen technology are predicted.
