废玻璃制备方沸石用于吸附废水中的重金属研究

摘要 以废玻璃为原材料,采用水热合成法制备方沸石,探究其对废水中Pb^(2+)、Cd^(2+)和Cu^(2+)的吸附性能。通过批式实验系统考察了多种物理化学因素(pH、温度、接触时间等)对吸附量的影响。结果表明,初始pH对吸附量的影响较为显著,而温度变化对平衡吸附量的影响较小。确定了方沸石吸附Pb^(2+)、Cd^(2+)和Cu^(2+)的最佳工艺参数。利用Langmuir等温线模型对方沸石吸附水中的Pb^(2+)、Cd^(2+)和Cu^(2+)过程进行拟合,结果表明,该吸附过程是均质单分子层吸附,且吸附动力学特征更符合准二级动力学方程,证实了该吸附过程主要通过离子交换、化学吸附和表面络合作用实现。为废玻璃的资源化利用及废水中重金属的去除提供了一种低成本、高效率的方法。 Pure analcime zeolite is successfully synthesized from spent glass via a hydrothermal method,and its adsorption capacity on heavy metals such as Pb^(2+),Cd^(2+)and Cu^(2+)from wastewater is studied.The impacts of pH value,conditioning temperature and contact duration on the adsorption amount are investigated through batch experiment.It is found that the initial pH has a significant impact on the adsorption capacity,while the temperature has a small influence on the equilibrium adsorption capacity.Accordingly,the optimal process parameters for the adsorption of Pb^(2+),Cd^(2+)and Cu^(2+)by analcime zeolite are obtained,and their adsorption process is fitted by means of Langmuir isotherm model.It is verified that the adsorption process belongs to homogeneous monolayer adsorption,the adsorption kinetic characteristics fits the quasi-secondary kinetic equation better,confirming that the process is mainly realized through ion exchange,chemical adsorption and surface complexing.This study provides a low-cost and high-efficiency method for the reutilization of spent glass and the removal of heavy metals in wastewater.
