摘要
催化裂化(FCC)烟气循环再生技术以部分循环再生烟气和纯氧作为再生器助燃介质,可将再生烟气中的CO_(2)浓度提高至95 v%以上,有利于CO_(2)的捕集和利用。通过模拟计算,分析了烟气循环再生技术对再生器热平衡、旋风分离器和再生效率等方面的影响,提出应考虑的影响因素,为烟气循环再生技术的工业示范应用提供参考。
FCC(fluidized-bed catalytic cracking)flue gas circulation regeneration technology,which can increase the concentration of CO_(2)in the regenerated flue gas to more than 95v%through using partially recycled flue gas and pure oxygen as the combustion-supporting medium of the regenerator,is conducive to the capture and utilization of CO_(2).The influences of flue gas circulation regeneration technology on the heat balance,cyclone separator and regeneration efficiency of the regenerator are analyzed via simulation calculation.The influencing factors that should be considered are proposed to provide technical reference for the industrial demonstration application of flue gas circulation technology.
