摘要
本研究旨在以工厂和产线规划快速设计为应用场景,采用三维建模、仿真分析、模型轻量化以及可视化展示等技术,开展数字化车间、产线的快速组态化虚拟构建技术研究。搭建虚拟工厂快速构建平台,实现装备三维模型轻量化处理、模型参数化编辑、三维工艺布局快速规划、实时渲染、可视化展示、流程展示、轻量化在线浏览等功能,支持快速构建三维虚拟产线、方案快速变更和实时轻量化浏览、产线装备清单费用输出,满足公司虚拟三维工厂搭建需求,为工厂规划方案的快速设计和实时呈现提供一种高效、直观的解决方案。
The aim of this study is to use rapid design of factory and production line planning as application scenarios,adopting technologies such as 3D modeling,simulation analysis,model lightweighting,and visual display,research on rapid configuration and virtual construction technology for digital workshops and production lines.Build a virtual factory rapid construction platform,realize functions such as lightweight processing of equipment 3D models,parameterized editing of models,rapid planning of 3D process layout,real-time rendering,visual display,process display,and lightweight online browsing,it supports rapid construction of 3D virtual production lines,rapid change of solutions,real-time lightweight browsing,and output of production line equipment list costs,meets the company's virtual 3D factory construction needs,provide an efficient and intuitive solution for the rapid design and real-time presentation of factory planning solutions.
