摘要
随着医疗需求的增长,医用分子筛制氧系统在医院中的应用日益广泛,但当前国家消防及技术标准对分子筛制氧站消防间距要求方面的规定存在不一致性和不确定性。本文旨在梳理分子筛制氧站所参考的相关标准,通过分析得出,分子筛制氧站不适用GB50030-2013《氧气站设计规范》中的氧气站定义,建议在设计时更多参考GB50751-2012《医用气体工程技术规范》设计标准。随后,文章探讨了GB50016-2014《建筑设计防火规范》中对消防间距的要求,并结合特别法优于一般法和新法优于旧法的原则,提出医院内分子筛制氧站选址应遵循CB51039-2014《综合医院建筑设计规范》,该规范未对分子筛制氧站消防间距作强制要求,但强调了制氧站房的独立性和防火性能。最后,总结分子筛制氧站选址时更应遵循《医用气体工程技术规范》及《综合医院建筑设计规范》,并结合医院实际情况进行综合考量。
With the growth of medical needs,medical molecular sieve oxygen generator systems are widely used in hospitals,but the current national fire protection and technical standards have inconsistent and uncertain provisions on the requirements of fire protection distance of molecular sieve oxygen production station.Firstly,this article aims to sort out the relevant standards referenced based on the molecular sieve oxygen production station.Through analysis,it is pointed out that the molecular sieve oxygen production station is not applicable to the definition of oxygen station in GB 50030-2013"Code for design of oxygen station".It is recommended to make more reference to the design standard in GB 50751-2012"Technical code for medical gases engineering"when designing.Subsequently,the article discusses the requirements for fire protection distance in GB 50016-2014"Code for fire protection design of buildings",and combined with the principle that special laws are superior to general laws and new laws are superior to old laws,it is proposed that the site selection of molecular sieve oxygen production stations in hospitals should follow GB 51039-2014"Code for design of general hospital",which does not make mandatory requirements for the fire protection distance of molecular sieve oxygen production stations,but emphasizes the independence and fire protection performance of oxygen production stations.Finally,it is concluded that the site selection for molecular sieve oxygen production station should follow the"Technical code for medical gases engineering"and"Code for design of general hospital',and make comprehensive considerations based on the actual situation of the hospital.
