This paper first analyzes the current situation and development trend of power generation operation in the coal power industry,and summarizes the main technical and management factors affecting efficiency.On the basis of indepth understanding of the existing problems,a series of targeted optimization measures are proposed.At the technical level,it is recommended to improve efficiency by adopting advanced technology and upgrading equipment;In terms of management and operation,the importance of process reengineering and management optimization is emphasized.This paper further explores the implementation steps and effect evaluation of these strategies,and verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the strategies through empirical verification.Finally,it is concluded that through comprehensive technological innovation and management improvement,the power generation efficiency of coal-fired power enterprises can be significantly improved and the sustainable development of the industry can be promoted.
