摘要
消音器是最常用的消音元件之一,在消音元件的设计中,经常会碰到由于边界紧张,会将消音器的腔体中加入消音棉,组成复合式消音器,但加入消音棉的数量,是否对传递损失有影响;不同形式的消音棉加入消音器中,对传递损失的影响是否一致;加入消音棉对孔不同形状的消音器影响是否一致,本文通过仿真计算、试验验证、数据整理对比的方法,对以上问题做相应的分析,得出复合式消音器的基本规律,为今后的设计工作提供依据。
Silencer is one of the most commonly used silencing components.In the design of silencing components,it is often encountered that due to tight boundaries,silencer cotton will be added to the chamber of the silencer to form a composite silencer.However,whether the amount of silencer cotton added has an impact on transmission loss;Is the effect of different forms of sound-absorbing cotton added to the muffler consistent on transmission loss;Is the effect of adding sound-absorbing cotton on silencers with different shapes of holes consistent?This article analyzes the above issues through simulation calculation,experimental verification,and data comparison,and obtains the basic rules of composite silencers,providing a basis for future design work.
