摘要
为优化叶轮类零件自由曲面的加工工艺、提高叶轮整体的加工质量,在介绍叶轮类零件结构特点的基础上,对叶轮类零件的常见加工方法进行了分析,并对叶轮零件的NURBS曲线插补、CAD/CAM加工程序等数控加工工艺进行了深入研究,有效保障了叶轮类零件的生产效率和产品质量,避免了缺陷件流入市场后带来的不利影响,实现了叶轮类零件加工质量与生产效率的双赢,推动了中国零部件制造业的健康发展。
In order to optimize the machining technology of free-form surface of impeller blade and improve the machining quality of impeller parts,this paper introduces the structural characteristics of impeller parts,first of all,it analyzes the common machining methods of impeller parts,and then deeply studies the CNC machining technology of impeller parts,such as NURBS curve interpolation and CAD/CAM machining program.Which effectively guarantees the product quality of impeller parts and avoid the adverse impact of defective parts into the market,Finally,It realizes the win-win situation of processing quality and production efficiency of impeller parts,and promotes the healthy development of parts manufacturing industry in China.
