绿色制造工艺在汽车零配件机械加工中的应用

摘要 为提高汽车零配件机械加工环保性、经济效益,降低生产过程中能耗与物料消耗。本研究采用绿色制造工艺技术。通过以ePD技术、钛合金技术、清洁制造技术、低温切削生产工艺及高效节能加工技术为例,分析绿色制造工艺在汽车零配件机械加工中具体应用。研究目的是探讨通过采纳绿色制造技术,实现汽车零配件生产过程中环境保护与资源高效利用,进而推动汽车制造业向绿色、可持续方向发展。研究结果表明,通过实施绿色设计、优化材料选择、采用先进制造技术,降低生产过程中能耗与物料消耗,还能减少污染排放,提高生产效率、产品质量,实现经济与环境效益双重提升。 In order to improve the environmental protection and economic benefits of mechanical processing of automotive parts,and reduce energy and material consumption in the production process.This study adopts green manufacturing technology.Taking ePD technology,titanium alloy technology,clean manufacturing technology,low-temperature cutting production process,and high-efficiency energy-saving processing technology as examples,this paper analyzes the specific application of green manufacturing technology in the mechanical processing of automotive parts.The research objective is to explore the adoption of green manufacturing technology to achieve environmental protection and efficient resource utilization in the production process of automotive parts,thereby promoting the development of the automotive manufacturing industry towards a green and sustainable direction.The research results indicate that by implementing green design,optimizing material selection,and adopting advanced manufacturing technologies,energy and material consumption in the production process can be reduced,pollution emissions can be reduced,production efficiency and product quality can be improved,and economic and environmental benefits can be achieved.
