新型峰值保持器设计

摘要 为克服传统电压型峰值保持电路存在振荡的问题,提高峰值保持电路的测试速度,本文设计了一款以ADA4817运算放大器为核心的新型峰值保持器,并利用LTspice软件对影响峰值保持效果的因素进行仿真分析,使用合适的补偿方式解决电路的振荡问题。使用信号发生器与主放大器结合、核信号模拟器两种输入形式分别对峰值保持器效果进行测试。结果表明,该峰值保持器可测量上升沿时间为250 ns左右的脉冲信号,且线性良好,满足设计要求。 To overcome the oscillation problem of traditional voltage type peak holding circuits and improve the testing speed of peak holding circuits.This article designs a new peak holding device with ADA4817 operational amplifier as the core.In the design,LTspice software is used to simulate and analyze the factors that affect the peak holding effect,and appropriate compensation methods are used to solve the oscillation problem of the circuit.Test the performance of the peak maintainer using two input forms:a signal generator combined with the main amplifier and a nuclear signal simulator.The results show that the peak holder can measure pulse signals with a rising edge time of about 250 ns,and the linearity is good,meeting the design requirements.
