东北全面振兴的新质生产力实践研究

A Practical Study of New Quality Productive Forces in the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China

2023年9月,习近平总书记在黑龙江视察提出发展新质生产力,为东北全面振兴指明了新方向。习近平总书记关注东北振兴,在三次视察东北时不断地提出东北振兴的新思路、新对策,最终聚焦到发展新质生产力,呈现出一个脉络清晰、循序渐进的振兴东北新路径。深刻领会习近平总书记三次视察东北重要讲话精神,可以发现东北地区发展新质生产力必须遵循的实践路径,具体要做到“四个聚焦”、完成“六大任务”、进一步夯实“五大安全”。东北地区发展新质生产力,不仅需要自身高质量发展,而且必须在全国一盘棋下发挥好发展新质生产力的功能。

In September 2023,General Secretary XI Jin-ping proposed the development of new quality produc-tive forces during his inspection in Heilongjiang,pointing out a new direction for the comprehensive revitalisa-tion of Northeast China.He has been paying attention to the revitalisation of Northeast China.During his three inspections of Northeast China,he continuously proposed new ideas and strategies for the revitalization,ulti-mately focusing on the development of new quality productive forces,presenting a clear and gradual new path for the revitalization of Northeast China.By deep understanding of the spirit of General Secretary XI Jin-ping’s important speeches during his three inspections of Northeast China,we can find that the development of new productive forces in Northeast China must follow the practical path,specifically to achieve the“Four Focuses”,to complete the“Six Major Tasks”,and to further strengthen the“Five Major Security”.The development of new quality productive forces in Northeast China not only requires high-quality development on its own,but also must play a good role in developing new quality productive forces in a unified development strategy.
