血府逐瘀汤加减配合偏瘫肢体康复训练对脑梗死后偏瘫患者神经功能、肢体运动功能的影响分析

Effect analysis of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with hemiplegic limb rehabilitation training on neurological function and limb motor function in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction

目的分析血府逐瘀汤加减配合偏瘫肢体康复训练治疗脑梗死后偏瘫患者的效果。方法选取脑梗死后偏瘫患者74例,随机分成对照组和联合组,各37例。对照组行偏瘫肢体康复训练,联合组在对照组基础上行血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。对比两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、神经功能、肢体运动功能、生活质量。结果与对照组(78.38%)对比,联合组治疗总有效率(94.59%)更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组半身不遂、口眼歪斜、言语謇涩、感觉减退评分及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分分别为(1.46±0.19)、(1.28±0.26)、(1.27±0.18)、(1.21±0.15)、(8.40±1.15)分,较对照组的(2.39±0.27)、(2.15±0.31)、(2.38±0.29)、(1.96±0.24)、(12.10±1.59)分低(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)中上肢运动功能评分(48.97±4.45)分、下肢运动功能评分(25.96±2.87)分较对照组的(42.58±3.69)、(20.49±2.15)分高(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分(184.37±10.87)分比对照组的(163.25±11.90)分高(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死后偏瘫患者经血府逐瘀汤加减与偏瘫肢体康复训练联合治疗,可改善临床症状,缓解神经损伤,促进肢体功能恢复,且利于提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with hemiplegic limb rehabilitation training on patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Methods 74 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a combination group,each consisting of 37 patients.The control group received hemiplegic limb rehabilitation training,while the combination group received modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,neurological function,limb motor function,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(78.38%),the total clinical effective rate of the combination group(94.59%)was higher(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of hemiplegia,skewed mouth and eyes,hesitant speech,hypoesthesia and National Institute Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the combination group were(1.46±0.19),(1.28±0.26),(1.27±0.18),(1.21±0.15)and(8.40±1.15)points,which were lower than(2.39±0.27),(2.15±0.31),(2.38±0.29),(1.96±0.24)and(12.10±1.59)points in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA)for upper and lower extremity function were(48.97±4.45)and(25.96±2.87)points in the combination group,which were higher than(42.58±3.69)and(20.49±2.15)points in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the score of stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)was(184.37±10.87)points in the combination group,which was higher than(163.25±11.90)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction with modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and hemiplegic limb rehabilitation training can improve clinical symptoms,alleviate nerve damage,promote limb function recovery,and help improve the quality of life.
