互联网的居家延续性护理干预对糖尿病患者血糖和生活质量的影响研究

Influence of Internet Home-based Continuous Nursing Intervention on Blood Glucose and Quality of Life of Diabetic Patients

目的 分析互联网的居家延续性护理干预方案的落实对糖尿病患者血糖、生活质量情况的影响。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月青岛市胶州中心医院收治的76例糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法分为两组,各38例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组在参照组基础上实施互联网的居家延续性护理干预。比较两组的血糖水平、生活质量评分、用药依从性。结果 研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于参照组,生活质量评分均高于参照组,用药总依从率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者实施临床护理过程中,基于互联网的居家延续性护理能够稳定患者血糖水平,提高其生活质量和用药依从性。

Objective To analyze the impact of the implementation of the Internet's home-based continuous nursing intervention program on blood glucose and quality of life in diabetic patients.Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,76 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to Jiaozhou Central Hospital of Qingdao were selected as the research ob-jects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,38 cases in each group.The refer-ence group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given Internet home-based continuous nursing inter-vention.The blood glucose levels,quality of life scores,and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the quality of life scores were higher than those in the reference group,and the total medication compliance was higher than that in the reference group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical nursing for diabetic patients,In-ternet home-based continuous nursing can stabilize the blood glucose level of patients and improve their quality of life and medication compliance.
