机械通气联合纤维支气管镜治疗老年重症肺炎临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Mechanical Ventilation Combined with Fiberop⁃tic Bronchoscopy in Treatment of Senile Severe Pneumonia

摘要 目的分析机械通气联合纤维支气管镜治疗老年重症肺炎患者的效果。方法非随机选取2021年1月—2023年8月睢宁县人民医院收治的66例老年重症肺炎患者为研究对象。按治疗方法分为两组,每组33例。对照组给予机械通气联合常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用纤维支气管镜治疗。对比两组治疗相关指标、血气指标及炎症指标。结果观察组机械通气时间(11.42±3.46)d、感染控制时间(4.22±1.33)d,住院时间(12.42±3.62)d,均短于对照组的(15.62±3.56)d、(6.55±1.32)d、(17.62±3.66)d,差异有统计学意义(t=4.860、7.143、5.803,P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血气指标优于对照组,炎症指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论机械通气联合纤维支气管镜治疗老年重症肺炎患者可促进病情转归,改善其血气指标,减轻炎症反应。 Objective To analyze the effect of mechanical ventilation combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods Sixty-six cases of elderly patients with severe pneumo-nia admitted to Suining County People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were non-randomly selected as study objects.They were divided into two groups according to treatment methods,with thirty-three cases in each group.The control group was given mechanical ventilation combined with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy on the basis of the control group.Compared the treatment-related in-dexes,blood gas indexes and inflammation indexes of the two groups.Results The observation group's mechanical ventilation time(11.42±3.46)d,infection control time(4.22±1.33)d,and hospitalization time(12.42±3.62)d,were shorter than the control group's(15.62±3.56)d,(6.55±1.32)d,and(17.62±3.66)d,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=4.860,7.143,5.803,all P<0.05).After treatment,the blood gas indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the levels of inflammation indexes were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Mechanical ventilation combined with fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumonia promotes regression,improves their blood gas indices,and reduces the inflammatory response.
