孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的探析对支气管哮喘患者使用孟鲁司特钠、布地奈德的联合给药治疗效果。方法非随机选取2023年2月—2024年2月南京市高淳人民医院收治的100例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象。按具体治疗方法将其分为两组,即常规组50例,观察组50例。常规组予以基本治疗,观察组除了基本治疗还增加使用孟鲁司特钠、布地奈德治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、治疗前后肺功能参数、治疗前后炎性因子水平。结果观察组的治疗有效率为98%(49/50)高于常规组的84.00%(42/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的肺功能参数、炎性因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),经治疗后,观察组肺功能参数高于常规组,炎性因子水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘过程中联合布地奈德给药,能够有效改善患者气道受限情况,增强肺功能,可为临床提供参考。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of combined administration of montelukast sodium and budesonide in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 100 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to Nanjing Gaoc-hun People's Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.Ac-cording to the specific treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,namely,50 cases in the conventional group and 50 cases in the observation group.The routine group was given basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium and budesonide in addition to basic treatment.The effective rate,lung function parameters before and after treatment,and levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98%(49/50),which was higher than 84.00%(42/50)in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pulmonary function parameters and inflammatory factor levels between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,the pulmonary function parameters of the observation group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the inflammatory factor levels were lower than those of the conventional group the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium com-bined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma can effectively improve the airway limitation of patients and enhance lung function,which can provide reference for clinical practice.
