基于CiteSpace软件分析小儿外科加速康复外科的研究现状、热点与趋势

Research current status,hotspots,and tendency of Pediatric Surgery Enhanced Recovery after Surgery based on CiteSpace software:an analytic study

目的基于CiteSpace软件探讨小儿外科加速康复外科(ERAS)的研究现状、热点和趋势。方法在Web of Science核心合集、中国知网数据库中检索2013—2023年与小儿外科ERAS相关的文献,采用CiteSpace软件对年度发文量、国家、作者、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果共纳入499篇文献,其中英文文献345篇,中文文献154篇。2013—2023年期间,小儿外科ERAS相关文献的年度发文量总体呈上升趋势。共有43个国家发表小儿外科ERAS相关文献,年度发文量排名前5的国家分别是美国(156篇)、中国(67篇)、加拿大(19篇)、法国(16篇)、德国(15篇)和英国(15篇)。英文文献共有572名作者,核心作者28名,发文量共118篇,已形成以Chen Q、Raval MV、Rove KO等核心作者为代表的研究团队,团队间的合作关系较为紧密。中文文献共322名作者,核心作者40名,发文量共87篇,张现伟、吕成杰、唐维兵等为核心作者,核心作者所形成的研究团队之间合作较少。小儿外科ERAS研究领域中,ERAS方案的制定、ERAS在儿童围手术期的应用和管理、ERAS的应用效果评价为当前的研究热点,疼痛管理、饮食护理、质量改进等是未来的研究趋势。结论国内外小儿外科ERAS研究领域呈快速发展趋势,但我国与欧美国家相比还有一定差距,核心作者研究团队间的合作仍有待加强,未来可借鉴国外实践经验,重视ERAS方案的安全性和适用性,加强临床研究和循证实践,落实围手术期的管理和评价,积极探索适合我国国情的小儿外科ERAS实践方案。

Objective To explore the research current status,hotspots,and tendency of Pediatric Surgery Enhanced Recovery after Surgery(ERAS)based on the CiteSpace software.Methods Literature related to Pediatric Surgery ERAS was retrieved from the core collection of Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure database from 2013 to 2023.The CiteSpace software was employed to perform visualized analysis on annual number of publications,countries,authors,and keywords,etc.Results A total of 499 literature was enrolled,therein there was 345 English literature and 154 Chinese literature.During 2013-2023,the annual number of publications of literature related to Pediatric Surgery ERAS revealed generally an upward trend.A total of 43 countries published literature related to Pediatric Surgery ERAS.The top five countries in terms of annual number of publications were the United States of America(156 articles),China(67 articles),Canada(19 articles),France(16 articles),Germany(15 articles)and the United Kingdom(15 articles).There were 572 authors of English literature,28 core authors,and 118 articles were published.A research team represented by core authors such as Chen Q,Raval MV,and Rove KO had been formed,and the cooperative relationship between the teams was relatively close.There were 322 authors of Chinese literature,40 core authors,and 87 articles were published.Zhang Xianwei,Lyu Chengjie,Tang Weibing,and so on were the core authors,and there was little cooperation between the research teams formed by the core authors.In the field of Pediatric Surgery ERAS,the formulation of ERAS regimen,the application and management of ERAS in the perioperative period of children,and the evaluation of the application effect of ERAS were the current research hotspots.Pain management,diet nursing,and quality improvement were the future research trends.Conclusion The field of Pediatric Surgery ERAS is developing rapidly in China and abroad,but there is still a certain gap between China and European and American countries.The cooperation between the core author research teams still needs to be strengthened.In the future,practical experiences from foreign countries can be learned,the safeness and applicability of ERAS regimen should be paid attention to,clinical research and evidence-based practice should be strengthened,and perioperative management and evaluation should be implemented,as well as the practice of Pediatric Surgery ERAS suitable for China's national conditions should be actively explored.
