早期肠内营养支持配合细节化护理对脓毒血症患者营养状态与胃肠功能的影响

Impact of Early Enteral Nutrition Support Combined with Detailed Nursing on the Nutritional Status and Gastrointestinal Function of Patients with Sepsis

目的探讨早期肠内营养支持配合细节化护理在脓毒血症患者中的应用效果。方法78例脓毒血症患者随机分为两组。对照组实施细节化护理,观察组实施早期肠内营养支持配合细节化护理。比较两组的营养状态、胃肠功能、APACHEⅡ评分。结果干预后,观察组的ALB、PA、Hb水平均高于对照组,APACHEⅡ评分低于对照组,肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间和排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养支持配合细节化护理可改善脓毒血症患者的营养状况和胃肠功能。

Objective To explore the application effect of early enteral nutrition support combined with detailed nursing in patients with sepsis.Methods 78 patients with sepsis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received detailed nursing,while the observation group received early enteral nutrition support combined with detailed nursing.The nutritional status,gastrointestinal function and APACHEⅡscore were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of ALB,PA and Hb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the APACHEⅡscore was lower than that in the control group,and the recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time,and defecation time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early enteral nutrition support combined with detailed nursing can improve the nutritional status and gastrointestinal function of sepsis patients.
