运用经络辨证论治脊髓空洞症的临证经验

Clinical Experience in Diagnosis and Treatment of Syringomyelia with Meridian Syndrome Differentiation

脊髓空洞症是当下诊断容易却难以治愈的慢性进行性疾病,其主要累及脊髓。西医治疗目前以手术治疗为主,对症治疗为辅,但疗效并不明显。针灸治疗对脊髓空洞症的症状改善以及延缓疾病的进展有着一定的疗效。运用升阳通督针法与盘龙刺法调节督脉气血,以调动全身阳气;从经络辨证体系诊疗本病并指导临床选穴与治疗,以疾病的辨位归经、辨候归经、辨经虚实三个方面,从经脉到病候临证论治;以及从神经、肌肉的解剖等结构针灸学方向考虑本病的病因病位,确立诊疗方案。

Syringomyelia is a chronic progressive disease that is easy to diagnose but difficult to cure,and it mainly affects the spinal cord.At present,Western medicine treatment is mainly surgical treatment,supplemented by Symptomatic treatment,but the effect is not obvious.Acupuncture and moxibustion has a certain effect on improving the symptoms of syringomyelia and delaying the progress of the disease.Use the method of Ascending Yang Tongdu,as well as the Pan Long Sting,to regulate the Qi and blood of the Du meridian,in order to mobilize the yang qi throughout the body;Diagnose and treat this disease using the meridian syndrome differentiation system and guide clinical acupoint selection and treatment.From the three aspects of the disease s differentiation of position and meridian,differentiation of symptoms and meridian,and differentiation of deficiency and excess of meridians,treat the disease according to clinical symptoms;As well as from the anatomy of nerves,muscles and other structural aspects of acupuncture and moxibustion,consider the etiology and location of the disease,and establish a diagnosis and treatment plan.
