独活寄生汤联合揿针治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症30例疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction Combined with the Press on 30 Cases of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation of Liver and Kidney Deficiency Type

目的:观察独活寄生汤联合揿针对肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗后的临床总有效率、VAS疼痛指数、JOA腰椎功能评分的影响。方法:选择60例临床诊断为肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者,将纳入病例分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组予独活寄生汤治疗;观察组予独活寄生汤联合揿针治疗,治疗1个月后,记录并对比两组治疗的总有效率、VAS疼痛指数、JOA腰椎功能评分。结果:观察组总有效率96.7%,对照组总有效率93.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组JOA腰椎评分高于对照组;观察组VAS疼痛指数低于对照组。结论:独活寄生汤联合揿针治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症有效,可以减轻患者腰椎疼痛并有效改善患者的腰椎功能,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the effects of Duhuozhizhi Decoction combined with press on the clinical total effective rate,VAS pain index and JOA lumbar function score of patients with lumbar disc herniation caused by liver and kidney deficiency.Methods 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation diagnosed as liver and kidney deficiency were selected and divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,and the observation group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupuncture.After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate,VAS pain index and JOA lumbar function score of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results The total effective rate was 96.7%in observation group and 93.3%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The JOA lumbar spine score of observation group was higher than that of control group;The VAS pain index of observation group was lower than that of control group.Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type lumbar disc herniation,which can reduce the lumbar pain and effectively improve the lumbar function of patients,and has clinical application value.
