摘要
围绕构建终身教育体系、学习型社会,江苏高校的非学历教育发展呈现明显的“技术转向”,关注能力本位的技术知识,积极进行数字化教育建设。在技术转向过程中,出现了价值目标定位模糊、认证服务滞后、学习者支持服务不足、教学模式创新不足、网络学习平台建设不足等问题。要通过调整非学历教育的功能定位,推动“政书互认”机制的发展,强化学习者支持服务的意识与能力,教学模式的“数字化”改革与创新,构建权威性非学历网络管理服务平台等策略来改进。
In order to build a lifelong education system and a learning society,the development of non-degree education in Jiangsu universities has shown a clear“technological shift”,focusing on competency-based technical knowledge and actively carrying out digital education construction.In the process of technological transformation,there have been problems such as vague value target positioning,lagging certification services,insufficient support service for learners,insufficient innovation in teaching models,and inadequate construction of online learning platforms.We need to improve by adjusting the functional positioning of non-degree education,promoting the development of the“mutual recognition of certificates”mechanism,strengthening learners’awareness and ability to support services,reforming and innovating the“digital”teaching mode,and building an authoritative non-degree network management service platform.
