摘要
良好的教育教学质量保障运行机制,可以促进高职高专教育教学高质量的发展,构建“全方位监控、多阶段跟踪、持续改进”教育教学质量保障体系,建立健全教育教学质量保障机制的路径对于提高高职高专教育教学质量、我国高职质量保障实践与理论研究具有重大意义。高职高专学校教育教学质量保障运行机制的路径要从“外部质量监控”和“内部质量改进”两方面发力,生成全员参与、全程覆盖、全方位育人的“自律、包容、协作”质量文化。
A sound mechanism for ensuring the quality of education and teaching can promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education and teaching.It is of great significance to establish a“comprehensive monitoring,multi-stage tracking,and continuous improvement”system for ensuring the quality of education and teaching,and to improve the practice and theoretical research of quality assurance in higher vocational education and teaching in China.The path of the operation mechanism for ensuring the quality of education and teaching in vocational colleges should focus on both“external quality monitoring”and“internal quality improvement”,and generate a quality culture of“self-discipline,inclusiveness,and collaboration”that involves all staff,covers the entire process,and cultivates students in all aspects.
