摘要
中国式教育现代化进程中,教师教育是关键因素。高校教师教育实践在教育宏观体系中发挥着不可替代的关键性作用。高质量发展背景下,高校教师教育项目化育人实践应当以满足多元育人需求、完整建构师者形象、强化人际群组互助、全面提升职业认知为目标和方向。育人实践中存在着主体自适性、学科同向性、资源匹配性、评价导向性等多方面的短板,需构建以共同学习为核心的项目团队,打造以知识创新为核心的项目文化,形成以资源配置为核心的项目运维,建设以过程质效为核心的项目考评,真正培养出高品质的,符合时代需要、高校需求、人民诉求的好教师。
In the process of modernizing Chinese style education,teacher education is a key factor,and the educational practice of university teachers plays an irreplaceable and crucial role in the macro education system.In the context of high-quality development,the project-based education practice for university teachers should aim to meet diverse educational needs,construct a complete teacher image,strengthen interpersonal group mutual assistance,and comprehensively enhance professional cognition.However,there are many shortcomings in the education practice,such as subject adaptability,disciplinary homogeneity,resource matching,and evaluation orientation.It is necessary to build a project team with common learning as the core,create a project culture with knowledge innovation as the core,form project operation with resource allocation as the core,and establish project evaluation with process quality and efficiency as the core,so as to truly cultivate high-quality teachers who meet the needs of the times,the needs of universities,and the demands of the people.
