理实一体化教学模式在中职教学中存在的问题与对策——以畜禽生产技术专业课为例

Problems and Countermeasures of Theory Practice Integration Teaching Mode in Secondary Vocational Education--Taking the Specialized Course of Livestock and Poultry Production Technology as an Example

理实一体化的教学模式是以“学生为本”的教育理念指导下,同步实现理论教学与实践训练一体化的现代职业教育新模式。实践证明,在中职教学中实施理实一体化教学模式可以有效提高教学效果,提升学生学习专业课的兴趣,促进职业技能型人才的培养。但在实施过程中也产生了许多的问题,作者结合教学工作实际,具体分析理实一体化在畜禽生产技术专业课教学中存在的问题及给出一些解决对策。

The teaching mode of the integration of theory and practice is a new mode of modern vocational education under the guidance of the educational concept of "student-centered",which can simultaneously realize the integration of theoretical teaching and practical training.Practice has proved that the implementation of the theory practice integration teaching mode in secondary vocational teaching can effectively improve the teaching effect, enhance students' interest in learning professional courses, and promote the cultivation of vocational skilled talents.However, there are also many problems in the implementation process.The author analyzes the problems existing in the integration of theory and practice in the teaching of livestock and poultry production technology and puts forward some countermeasures.
