基于HOA-TVFEMD的滚动轴承故障诊断方法

摘要 为了解决强背景噪声环境下滚动轴承故障特征提取困难的问题,提出一种基于HOA-TVFEMD的滚动轴承故障诊断方法。通过徒步优化算法确定得出最佳参数组合,代入参数进行TVFEMD分解,得到本征模态函数(IMF);在包络谱中筛选出最高故障特征能量比的分量,用包络解调分析提取故障特征,进行故障诊断。该方法可以识别轴承的细微故障特征,具有较高的工程应用价值。 In order to solve the problem of rolling bearing fault feature extraction in strong background noise environment,a rolling bearing fault diagnosis method based on HOA-TVFEMD is proposed.The optimal parameter combination is determined by the walking optimization algorithm,and the intrinsic mode function(IMF)is obtained by TVFEMD decomposition of the parameters.The component with the highest fault feature energy ratio is selected in the envelope spectrum,and the fault feature is extracted by envelope demodulation analysis for fault diagnosis.This method can identify the subtle fault characteristics of bearings and has high engineering application value.
