摘要
近年来,卵巢癌在女性生殖系统疾病中越来越常见,并与多条信号转导通路异常相关。磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase,PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(protein kinase B,AKT)信号通路可以直接或间接参与卵巢癌的病变过程,其与卵巢癌的发生、发展、侵袭、迁移、耐药性和血管生成等过程密切相关。本文对PI3K/AKT信号通路在卵巢癌中的研究进展进行综述,深入探索治疗卵巢癌的有效靶点,以期为卵巢癌的治疗提供理论依据。
In recent years,ov arian cancer is becoming more and more common among female’s reproductive system diseases,and is associated with multiple of abnormal signal transduction pathways.Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)signaling pathway could directly or indirectly participate in the process of ovarian cancer,which is closely related to the development,invasion,migration,drug resistance and angiogenesis of ovarian cancer cells.This paper summarizes the research progress of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway’s effects in ovarian cancer,in order to find the effective therapeutic targets of ovarian cancer and provide the theoretical basis for its treatment.
