养殖废弃物智能发酵装备控制系统设计与效果分析

摘要 为解决现阶段养殖废弃物处理装备自动化程度低、操作不便等问题,设计了一种智能发酵装备控制系统,以提高养殖废弃物处理的自动化水平。该系统主要由西门子S7-200 PLC、净化系统、存储系统、质量控制系统、温度调控系统、电机驱动系统、辅助控制系统组成。基于EBPRO软件设计智能触摸屏界面,触摸屏通过RS232端口与PLC进行串口通信,实现对养殖废弃物发酵的工作参数控制、系统运行状态信息显示,发酵全过程相关数据采集、传输、存储等功能。搭建试验硬件平台,以牛粪与中药渣混合物为试验物料,以养殖废弃物的减重率和用电量为试验指标进行试验。经过5 d 60℃高温发酵,发酵产物减重率为65.7%,有机质含量为49.67%,总养分含量为5.18%,蛔虫卵死亡率为100%,粪大肠菌群数为0%,均达到国家有机肥料行业标准。试验结果表明,养殖废弃物智能发酵装备控制系统操作简便,可于发酵开始前设置工艺参数,并实现对控制系统运行状态信息的显示,满足了养殖废弃物发酵装备对于精确控制的要求。该系统可提高养殖废弃物无害化处理水平以及资源化利用率。 To address the issues of low automation level and inconvenient operation of current livestock waste treatment equipment,we designed a smart fermentation equipment control system to enhance the automation level of livestock waste treatment.The system mainly consists of Siemens S7-200 PLC,purification system,storage system,quality control system,temperature control system,motor drive system,auxiliary control system.Based on EBPRO software,the intelligent touch screen interface was designed.The touch screen communicated with the PLC serial port through the RS232 port to realize the functions of working parameter control of aquaculture waste fermentation,system operation status information display,and data collection,transmission and storage functions related to the whole process of fermentation.Establish an experimental hardware platform with the mixture of cow dung and traditional Chinese medicine residues as the test material,and conduct experiments using the reduction rate of waste and electricity consumption as experimental indicators.After high temperature fermentation at 60°C for 5 days,the weight loss rate was 65.7%,organic matter content was 49.67%,total nutrient content was 5.18%,Ascaris egg mortality rate was 100%,fecal coliform count was 0%,all meet the national organic fertilizer industry standards.The experimental results show that the control system of intelligent fermentation equipment for livestock waste is easy to operate,and can set the technological parameters before the start of fermentation,and realize the display of the running state information of the control system,the system meets the requirement of accurate control for fermentation equipment of livestock waste.The system can improve the level of harmless treatment of livestock waste and resource utilization.
