特种车辆钢结构焊缝常见质量问题与检测方法

摘要 相较于传统车辆,特种车辆工作任务与环境较为特殊。因此,针对特种车辆钢结构焊接质量的要求较为严格,任何质量问题都可能造成严重的生产安全事故。为保证特种车辆钢结构焊接质量,不仅要优化传统焊接工艺,还需要针对焊缝常见问题采取与之相适应的检测方法。围绕特种车辆钢结构焊缝展开研究,详细讨论了几种较为常见的焊缝质量问题,并提出相应的焊缝质量检测方法,以期能够为特种车辆钢结构焊接质量检测提供参考。 Compared with traditional vehicles,the work tasks and environment of special vehicles are more special.Therefore,the requirements for the welding quality of steel structures for special vehicles are stricter,any quality problem may cause serious production safety accidents.In order to ensure the welding quality of steel structures for special vehicles,it is not only necessary to optimize the traditional welding process,but also to adopt appropriate detection methods for common weld problems.Research was conducted on the steel structure welds of special vehicles,and several common welds quality issues were discussed in detail.Corresponding welds quality detection methods were proposed in order to provide reference for welding quality detection of special vehicle steel structures.
