电驱总成电机啸叫噪声试验分析与控制

摘要 某后驱纯电动轿跑车在高能量回收滑行至45 km/h左右出现啸叫噪声,主观评价严重影响整车声品质。通过试验测试分析,锁定啸叫噪声由电机电磁8阶噪声引起。针对电驱本体振动噪声根源,分析电磁噪声产生机制,进行样机互换验证,判定电机定子与啸叫噪声强相关。通过尺寸检测试验,确定啸叫机制为电机定子同心度偏差导致电磁激励过大而啸叫明显。最终通过控制定子同心度来改善车内电机啸叫噪声,为电驱总成减振降噪提供宝贵经验。 The whine noise of a rear wheel driving battery electric vehicle coasting down to about 45 km/h seriously affects the sound quality of the vehicle subjectively.By means of test analysis.it is found that the 8th order electromagnetic noise leads the whine noise.For the vibration noise source of electric drive body,the mechanism analysis of this electromagnetic noise is carried out,and interchange validation of prototype is done,it determined that the whine noise is strongly associated with motor stator.Through dimension measurement test.It is determined that the mechanism is excessive electromagnetic excitation caused by the deviation concentricity of the motor stator,the inner vehicle whine noise is improved by controlling motor stator concentricity.It provides valuable experience for noise and vibration reduction of electric drive.
