基于用户评论的IPCA分析的产品优化研究——以京东商城平板电脑为例

摘要 [目的/意义]利用文本分析技术从用户评论文本中挖掘用户关注的主题,并结合重要性绩效竞争对手分析法(IPCA),探究如何进行产品优化,从而提升产品竞争力。[方法/过程]采集京东商城平板电脑的用户评论文本,采用LDA主题挖掘获取用户评论文本中关注的主题及与主题相关的主题词,并结合情感分析技术构建IPCA模型,基于构建的模型进行产品优化分析。[结果/结论]用户关注主题中的客户服务位于优势特征区,赠品与配件、系统位于正面竞争区,物流服务、外观设计位于紧急行动区,硬件性能位于无效优势区。基于用户评论构建IPCA模型可进行有针对性的产品优化分析,为产品的优化指明方向。 [Purpose/significance]This paper uses text analysis technology to dig out the topics of user concern from the user review texts,and combines with the Importance-Performance Competitor Analysis(IPCA),to explore how to optimize the product,so as to improve the product competitiveness.[Method/process]By collecting user review texts of tablets in JD.com,using LDA topic mining method to obtain the topics of concern and theme-related subject words in user review texts,and combining with sentiment analysis technology to build IPCA model,this paper carries out product optimization analysis based on the constructed model.[Result/conclusion]Customer service lies in the advantage area,gifts,accessories and systems lie in the positive competition area,logistics service and appearance design lie in the urgent action area,and hardware performance lies in the ineffective advantage area.The built IPCA model based on user reviews can be carries out targeted analysis of product optimization,which points out the directions of product optimization.
