摘要
基于比色法原理,采用光谱技术,研制出一种粮食新鲜度判定仪,可快速筛选出新鲜稻谷、次新稻谷和非新鲜稻谷。选用稻谷样品对仪器进行了准确度、重复性、台间差和检测时间检验,另外,该仪器在质检机构开展了应用测试。说明该仪器具有良好的准确性和重复性,检测效率高,可适用于收购现场快速筛选新鲜稻谷。
Based on the principle of colorimetric method and spectroscopic technology,a grain freshness determination instrument was developed,which can quickly screen out fresh,sub-fresh,and non-fresh paddy.The accuracy,repeatability,inter-instrument difference and detection time of the instrument were tested with paddy samples.The instrument also underwent application test at quality control agency.It has proven accuracy and repeatability,high detection efficiency,and applicability to the scenario demanding fast rice screening and procurement on site.
