基于快速康复外科理念的护理模式在胸部外伤导致多发性肋骨骨折女性患者中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing model based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in female patients with multiple rib fractures due to thoracic trauma

目的探讨基于快速康复外科(ERAS)理念的护理模式在胸部外伤导致多发性肋骨骨折女性患者中的应用效果。方法将青岛市胶州中心医院2021年5月至2023年8月接收的由胸部外伤所致的多发性肋骨骨折女性患者110例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组(55例,基于ERAS理念的护理模式)和对照组(55例,常规护理模式),比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,术后恢复时间短于对照组,引流量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组护理前视觉模拟评分法评分、上肢肢体运动功能评分、Barthel指数比较无明显差异(P>0.05),两组护理后上述各项指标比较,前者改善效果较后者更明显(P<0.05)。结论在胸部外伤导致的多发性肋骨骨折女性患者治疗中采取基于ERAS理念的护理模式,可提高护理效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing model based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in female patients with multiple rib fractures caused by thoracic trauma.Methods A total of 110 female patients with multiple rib fractures caused by thoracic trauma received by Jiaozhou Central Hospital of Qingdao from May 2021 to August 2023 were selected as subjects,and were divided into the observation group(55 cases,nursing model based on the concept of ERAS)and the control group(55 cases,routine nursing model)by the random number table method to compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction,shorter postoperative recovery time,and less drainage than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of the visual analogue scale score,Fugl-Meyer assessment score,and Barthel index before nursing between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),and comparing the above indexes between the two groups after nursing,the improvement effect of the former was more obvious than that of the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking the nursing model based on the concept of ERAS can improve the nursing effect in the treatment of female patients with multiple rib fractures caused by thoracic trauma.
