摘要
颅颌面区域的缺损修复在临床上依然面临诸多挑战,各种用于颅颌面组织工程的生物材料有望成为自体组织移植的替代物。本文结合颅颌面组织发育生理学及损伤修复再生机制,基于课题组近年来在颅颌面组织缺损仿生再生修复方面的研究成果,回顾了该领域的代表性进展,探讨了仿生学在组织工程中的重要性,旨在为未来组织工程手段和策略的设计提供新的启示和思路。
The repair of defects in the craniomaxillofacial region presents significant challenges in clinical practice.Various bioma⁃terials for craniomaxillofacial tissue engineering are emerging as potential alternatives to autologous tissue transplantation.By integrating the developmental physiology of craniomaxillofacial tissues with the regenerative mechanisms of injury repair,this article reviews key advancements in the field of bionic regenerative repair of craniomaxillofacial tissue defects,drawing on our research findings.Further⁃more,it explores the critical role of bionics in tissue engineering,aiming to provide fresh insights and innovative ideas for the design of future tissue engineering tools and strategies.
