摘要
颞下颌关节骨关节炎(TMJOA)是一种以进行性软骨退化、软骨下骨改建、颞下颌关节(TMJ)慢性疼痛为特征的常见疾病,发病机制尚不明确。DNA甲基转移酶3b(Dnmt3b)是一种DNA甲基转移酶,能促进TMJ的修复再生。本文就Dnmt3b在TMJOA方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为治疗TMJOA提供新思路。
Temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis(TMJOA)is a common disease characterized by progressive cartilage degenera⁃tion,subchondral bone remodeling and chronic pain.The exact pathogenesis of TMJOA is unclear.Dnmt3b is a kind of DNA methyl⁃transferase,which can promote the repair and regeneration of temporomandibular joint.This review summarizes the research progress of Dnmt3b in TMJOA,in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of TMJOA.
