摘要
传统FMEA分析过程中,风险因子的属性值由维修人员直接给出,主观因素导致属性值发生微小变化会影响最终的评价结果。为减小人为误差,充分利用专家专业知识和经验,基于模糊综合评价模型,应用层次分析法对风险因子评估方法进行了改进,通过专家调查问卷得出风险顺序数排序,极大地提升了FMEA分析结果的有效性。
In the traditional FMEA analysis process,the attribute values of risk factors are given directly by maintenance personnel,and small changes in the attribute values due to subjective factors can affect the final evaluation results.In order to reduce this human error and make full use of experts′expertise and experience,this paper improves the risk factor evaluation method based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,applying the hierarchical analysis method,and the risk priority number(RPN)ranking through the expert questionnaire,which greatly enhances the validity of FMEA analysis results.
