摘要
研究了三种洗衣液基体和一种洗洁精基体在不同温度下的粘度表现,探讨了不同表面活性剂体系洗涤剂产品在-5℃、5℃与25℃的粘度表现。实验结果表明,以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)为主的洗衣液体系在低温条件下流动性显著降低,其中AES洗衣液体系在NaCl浓度为5%时,溶液粘度达到50000 mPa·s;洗洁精体系中,粘度随NaCl用量的增加呈现先升后降趋势,以线性直链烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)为主的洗衣液配方体系常温下保持了粘度的稳定性,在低温下粘度降至约2000 mPa·s,且不发生分层浑浊等质量异常现象,显示出优异的温度适应性。此研究结果不仅提高了洗涤剂在低温环境下的应用效率,也为洗涤剂配方的优化提供了重要依据。
The viscosity performance of three laundry detergent matrices and one detergent matrix at different temperatures was investigated,and the viscosity performance of detergent products with different surfactant systems at 5°C,-5°C and 25°C was discussed.The experimental results showed that the flowability of the laundry detergent system mainly composed of sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate(AES)and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO)significantly decreased under low temperature conditions.Among them,the viscosity of the AES laundry detergent system reached 50000 mPa.s at a NaCl concentration of 5%;In the detergent system,the viscosity shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of NaCl.The laundry detergent formula system mainly composed of linear linear alkylbenzene sulfonate(LAS)maintains the stability of viscosity at room temperature,and the viscosity drops to about 2000 mPa.s at low temperature,showing excellent temperature adaptability and no quality abnormalities such as layering and turbidity under low temperature conditions.This research result not only improves the application efficiency of detergents in low temperature environments,but also provides important basis for the optimization of detergent formulas.
