摘要
通过参考已有心理委员胜任力文献,结合提取的41项高职院校心理委员胜任力词汇,编制了含有43条题目的《高职院校心理委员胜任力问卷》。对其进行条目分析,发现题目总相关达到显著水平,区分度良好;经过探索性因子分析,将问卷题目分为个性特征、身份认同、技能要求、知识储备、伦理道德5个因子;量表具有良好的构想效度和内部一致性信度,故可作为高职院校心理委员胜任力的有效测量工具。通过多元线性回归分析发现,积极心理品质中的智慧、勇气、仁爱、正义和精神卓越5个因子能够对高职院校心理委员胜任力产生正向影响。
By referring to the existing literature on the competency of psychological committee members,and combining with the extracted 41 extracted competence vocabularies of psychological committee members in higher vocational colleges and universities,the Competency Questionnaire of Psychological Committee Members in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities containing 43 questions was compiled.By analyzing the items,it is found that the total correlation reaches a significant level and good differentiation;through exploratory factor analysis,the questionnaire is divided into five factors:personality characteristics,identity,skill requirements,knowledge reserve,ethics and morality.The scale has good conception validity and internal consistency reliability,so it can be used as an effective measurement tool for the competence of psychological committee members in higher vocational colleges and universities.Through multiple linear regression analysis,it is found that the five factors of wisdom,courage,benevolence,justice and spiritual excellence in positive psychological qualities can have a positive impact on the competence of psychological committee members in higher vocational colleges and universities.
