高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识办学治校主线的路径研究

实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,当代青年大学生肩负着艰巨的历史使命。在新时代背景之下,高校如何有效落实好立德树人根本任务,如何解决好“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”的根本问题显得尤为重要。以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为办学治校主线,把铸牢中华民族共同体意识贯穿于办学治校全过程,无疑是解决问题的核心所在,也是办好中国特色社会主义大学的最佳选择。高校无论在学科专业建设、师资队伍建设、校园文化建设上,还是在人才培养过程、服务社会过程以及治理体系和治理能力建设上,都要以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,这对于促进新时代高校的创新发展具有极其重要的意义。

To realize the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,contemporary young college students shoulder an arduous historical mission.In the new era,it is particularly important for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,and how to solve the fundamental problem of"who,how and for whom to cultivate people".It is undoubtedly the core to solve the problem and the best choice to run a socialist university with Chinese characteristics to firmly take the consolidating the sense of community of the Chinese nation as the main line of school running and management,and to run the consolidating the sense of community of the Chinese nation throughout the whole process of school running and management.Whether in the construction of disciplines and specialties,the construction of teaching staff,the construction of campus culture,or in the process of talent training,the process of serving the society,as well as the construction of governance system and governance capacity,we should take consolidating the sense of community of the Chinese nation as the main line,which plays a very important role in promoting the innovative development of colleges and universities in the new era.
