教育是国之大计、党之大计,是民族振兴和社会进步的重要基石,是事关国家发展和民族未来的千秋基业,是社会主义现代化强国建设的基础性、战略性支撑。教育的根本问题是“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”,育人的根本在于立德。立足教育的根本问题,围绕“新时代高校二级学院课程思政建设全路径研究”这个命题,从“大势所趋,形势所需”和“内在要求,功能定位”两个维度对高校二级学院课程思政建设“势在必行”的必要性进行了论述;从“课程思政建设总体思路”和“课程思政建设全方位路径探究”两个维度,从十个方面对高校二级学院课程思政建设的推进路径实践操作层面进行了可行性论述。

Education is a fundamental task for the country and the Party,an important cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress,a great foundation of national development and the future of the nation,and the basic and strategic support for the construction of a great modern socialist country.The fundamental problem of education is"who and how to train,and to what end",and the fundamental of education lies in strengthening moral education.Based on the fundamental problems of education,this paper focuses on the proposition of"research on the whole path of curriculum ideological and political construction in secondary colleges of universities in the new era",and explains the imperative of"curriculum ideological and political construction in secondary colleges of universities"from the perspectives of"the trend of the times and the requirements of the situation"and"the internal requirements and functional orientation".From the two aspects of"the general idea of curriculum ideological and political construction"and"the all-round path of curriculum ideological and political construction",the paper discusses the practical operation path of curriculum ideological and political construction in secondary colleges of universities from ten aspects.
