摘要
阐述了一种电子布线技术OCS在尿素装置中的应用,将电子布线技术与光网络技术相结合,搭建了现场仪表设备和远程分散控制系统的工控桥梁,并将电子布线技术与传统DCS技术进行了对比。结果显示:相比传统DCS技术,电子布线技术简化了回路结构,降低了投资成本。
The paper describes the application of an electronic wiring technology OCS in urea plant,which combines the electronic wiring technology with optical network technology to build an industrial control bridge between on-site instrumentation and remote decentralized control system.It compares the electronic wiring technology with traditional DCS.The results show that,compared with traditional DCS,electronic wiring technology simplifies the loop structure and reduces the investment cost.
