摘要
深入研究了SDS(Simulated Dry Scrubbing)技术在焦炉煤气余热回收中的应用,此技术通过干法同时脱硫、脱硝过程,有效地提高了能源利用效率,并显著减少了污染物排放。通过实际案例分析,明确了SDS技术在优化工艺流程、设备选型、运行参数控制及副产物处理方面的应用要点。研究结果表明:该技术能够实现超低排放标准,同时具备良好的经济性和环保性能,为焦化行业的绿色转型提供了有效的技术支持和经验模板。
The paper studies the application of SDS(Simulated Dry Scrubbing)technology in the waste heat recovery of coke oven gas in depth.This technology realizes desulfurization and denitrification simultaneous in a dry approach,effectively improves the energy utilization efficiency and significantly reduces the pollutant emissions.Through case study,it highlights the key points of applying SDS technology in optimizing the process flow,equipment selection,control of operating parameters and by-product treatment.Study results show that the technology can meet ultra-low emission standard,demonstrating both good economic and environmental performance.Therefore,it provides effective technical support and experience template for the green transformation of coking industry.
